The smoothie for reduced risk and treatment of Nephritis

Yield: 2 servings (about 8 ounces each)
3/4 cup pomegranate
3/4 cup of cherries
1 cup green tea drink 1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams(2 tea bags) of green tea, a slice of ginger and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and set aside for cooling to room temperature)

3. Serve immediately

Nephritis is a condition of inflammation of kidneys

Many suggestions that pumpkin seeds used in conjunction with green tea may be a potential combination for reduced risk and treatment of Nephritis. due to the phytochemicals of catechins in green tea(1).
Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years used in traditional Chinese medicien for treatment of variety of diseases, including cancers and heart diseases.
According to the Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, National Defense Medical Center, phytochemical Epigallocatechin-3-gallate isolated from green tea inhibited nephritis through it relation of proinflammatory cytokines and enhanced antioxidant signaling pathway(1).
The major chemical constituent EGCG also prevented cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity and reduced due to over expression of NF-kappaB, the inflammatory pathway(2).
The Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital of Tongji University study in the evaluation of the effects of EGCG in animal with glomerulonephritis said, " EGCG pretreatment period. Importantly, mortality and renal dysfunction were significantly attenuated even when the polyphenol treatment was initiated 1 week after the onset of GN. Thus, EGCG reversed the progression of immune-mediated GN in mice by targeting redox and inflammatory pathways"(3).

Resveratrol, found abundantly in grape, blueberry and peanut  is a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, exhibited anti inflammatory diseases, including the Nephritis, through attenuated on
proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia and hyperlipidemia(4). According to University of Yamanashi, the phytochemicals also expressed inhibition of pro inflammatory cytokines in the NF-kappaB pathway via antioxidant and oxidative stress effects(5).

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) or ginger root is the genus Zingiber, belonging to the family Zingiberaceae, native to Tamil. It has been used in traditional and Chinese medicine to treat dyspepsia, gastroparesis, constipation, edema, difficult urination, colic, etc. According to the Dr. Nassan M and Dr. Mohamed EH ginger expressed strongly antimicrobial and immuno modulating effects on certain pathogenic microorganisms in ameliorated acute hematogenous pyelonephritis in animal model(6).

The effectiveness of Green Tea, Grape and Ginger may serve as cornerstones of pharmaceutical target for further studies in production of a potential medication for Reduced Risk of Nephritis with little or no adverse effects.

People who are at increased risk of Nephritis due to family history, weaken immunity.... should drink 1 serving daily and people with Nephritis should drink as much as they can, depending to digestive toleration.
Life style and diet pattern changed are recommended
