New studies suggested that combination of green tea(1), Apple(5) and Rosemary(7) may consist a therapeutic value, acting as next generation prescription medication for reduced risk and treatment of asthma due to its effectiveness through out the current and past clinical trials and studies, according to some renowned institutions.
Green tea, a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years used in traditional Chinese Medici for treatment of variety of diseases, including cancers and heart diseases was found effectively in reduced mucin expression in the asthma model-mouse and nasal epithelial cells which are essential in understanding key functions of the respiratory epithelium in the context of microbial infections or inhaled agents.of patients with allergic inflammation(1).

Its extract (GTE), according to the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, suppressed IgE production through immunoregulatory effects of phytochemicals catechin, EGCG(2).

In vitro and in vivo, an aqueous fraction of green tea exhibited potent anti-asthmatic activity, in an ovalbumin-induced asthmatic model, through increasing the expression level of apoptotic and innate and adaptive immunity cytokines and decreasing the expression of anti-asthmatic cytokines in the lung(3).

Apple is the pomaceous fruit of the apple tree, a species of the rose family Rosaceae. It is one of the most widely cultivated tree fruits. The tree is originated in Central Asia.

Rich sources of phytochemicals in apple have shown to reduce risk of some cancers, cardiovascular disease, asthma, and diabetes, epidemiologically(5).

Long term consumption of apples exhibited enormous health benefits as beverages and fruits due to its phytochemicals in reduced risk of cancers, cardiovascular disease, asthma, and diabetes, according to the University of Valencia(6).
Dr. Hyson DA said," Exposure to apples and apple products has been associated with beneficial effects on risk, markers, and etiology of cancer, cardiovascular disease, asthma, and Alzheimer's disease"(4).

Rosemary is a perennial herb with fragrant, evergreen, needle-like leaves, the genus Rosmarinus, belonging to the family Lamiaceae. Its fresh and dried leaves has been used frequently in traditional Mediterranean cuisine and as flavor foods while barbecuing.
Rosemary has been used in traditional medicine as an antiseptic, antioxidant, and antispasmodic agent to treat circulatory problem, eczema, rheumatism, muscle pain, etc.

Rosemary extract, in C3H/HeN mice prevented allergic airway inflammation induced by house dust mites (HDMs) through inhibition of pro inflammatory cytokine( IL-13.) pathway local expression(7).

According to the Al-Fateh University of Medical Sciences, Rosemary have a therapeutic potential in treatment or prevention of bronchial asthma, spasmogenic disorders, peptic ulcer, inflammatory diseases,....(8).Furthermore, rosemary may be beneficiary for treatment of treat inflammatory diseases such as rheumatism and asthma due to strongly inhibited pro inflammatory cytokines expression(9).

This finding of the effectiveness of Green Tea, Apple and Rosemary may serve as cornerstones of pharmaceutical target for further studies in production of a potential medication for treatment of asthma with little or no adverse effects.
People who are at high risk of asthma due to family history, obesity,..... should drink at least one serving daily and people with asthma should drink the smoothie as much as they can, depending to digestive toleration.
